Credit Cards
Joie De Vie is happy to accept all major credit cards as means of payment (excluding Diners Club). We do not charge any commission or other charges when our accounts elect to pay by credit card.

It is our normal procedure to retain your credit card on our files and keep this card for all ongoing charges.

Direct Deposit:
If you elect to direct deposit funds into our account please let us know your fax number so that we can send you an invoice or we will email you the total owing.

- Orders will be dispatched upon receipt of funds.

- Your order will be immediately dispatched upon receipt of funds.
- Funds must be transferred as soon as your order is placed.
- When transferring funds, use your order number as the reference number
- If payment is not received within 7 working days, your order may be cancelled.

Accounts and Terms
Our normal terms are COD.
We are happy to discuss an account relationship and terms of payment with any customer, however we normally require a steady buying history prior to the establishment of trading terms. Our normal account terms are between 7 to 30 days. No extension of these terms will be accepted.
