In the event that an item is returned for an exchange or credit there is a few conditions that we ask you to adhere to:

- The garment is returned within 14 days of receiving it.
- The garment labels or swing tags are still attached to the garment
- The garment has not been worn (except to try the garment on for size)*
- The garment has not been damaged or soiled
- The garment has not been altered by you in any way
- The returned item is accompanied by the original receipt
- The item is returned to us in its original, undamaged packaging.

Please bear this in mind, it is worth letting your customers know the returns policy at the time of purchase.

In the event that an item is returned please ensure that the following procedure is adopted,

- The garment needs to be packed into a plastic bag, or on a hanger.
- A copy of the original invoice needs to accompany the returned stock
- A note/letter need to accompany the returned stock explaining – any problems/faults with the items, the reason for the return and what you would like to do with the returned item – i.e. replace, exhnage or refund.

Please note, when purchasing pantyhose or stockings we do not accept returns or offer refunds. This is due to health reasons and cannot be changed.

*Please remember to wear instruct your customers to wear a liner when trying on your lingerie bottom or an outfit that has a panty bottom.

We trust that most people are honest and will take the time to try on lingerie carefully.

Please note that all refunds are normally processed every 7 days. In the event that an item is in urgent need of replacement please call our office to arrange this.
